This is why eugenics is so complicated, cuz what if he’s a happy guy and able to work a job, but parents abort him anyway. Too complicated. It woulda been easier 100yrs ago when the fam would’ve killed him peacefully in many scenarios but now it is ofc more complicated.

I don't know, but it looks like the medial canthus of that eye is tucked into spheniod or ethmoid bone of the skull. His left eye is normal if unattractive. It's like the soft tissue of his right eye doesn't match the surrounding soft tissue of the orbital.

His skull grew downwards so much that his overbite is indicated in a frontal profile over his severe horse face.

His eyebrows are a case in their own. Way too big and bushy.

Doesn’t seem like he has any medically diagnosed syndrome as such. He has ptosis in his right eye which could be surgically corrected in case of visual obstruction. Other than that just bad genetics, could be his parents had a consanguineous marriage (they are siblings or closely related) if he’s a redneck to result in a human specimen like this.
