I’m 17yo looking like a 12 year old. Neoteny, 5’9 short torso wide hips. Stating the obvious so rep farmers don’t.

What is wrong with my back physique? I’ve been working out FBEOD SBL consistently for 6-7months. Despite my genetics, whenever I look at my back it feels like theres something missing. YES, I do sagittal and frontal keenan flaps for lower and upper lats— i also used to do lat pulldowns before that but theres something MISSING. Fuck if i know. If you have knowledge, help.

From what I see, its the lack of lower width thats killing me but although i have high lat insertions, theres something more. Yes, i’m flexing properly.

you need to train your lower back too plus you are too skinny to put on any mass or thickness bulking is 100% needed

eat 400-500 calories more. eat healthy foods with high protein not everything u want train harder
