I have only seen one other similar explosion. That was in China when a gas tank exploded. First there is fire then crazy explosion and shockwave. Most likely the cause here as well.

Yeah the person recording it thought he was far away but then when the actual explosion happend when all the gas exploded when reacting with fire, he died instantly. Video kept playing tho since he was live streaming

Most likely it was build up of some gas and the fire reacted it with causing explosion.
