well lets start from the base, making a business is not for everybody, takes lots of time in most cases and you'll find yourself working for 18 hours daily just to see nothing, it burns money, but if it will be making something you'll consider it an investment, since you live in there, i dont think there's many opportunities other than illegal ones and working for somebody. try learning something and try to sell it to somebody or get someone that will hire you for something online work extra cheap for them, then when you have enough money or a cash flow and know what to do try it with little money if you feel positive about it or looks like people need it or love it, put more till it makes you cash
