i cant get fucking surgeries and if i did i would do rhinoplasty and/or commisuroplasty im not fat or bloated my nose is big in width and size and my mouth is small

u need surgery for ur nose bhai like Alar Base Reduction surgeons typically remove a tissue segment from 2 mm to 5 mm
and u should get a rhinoplasty too
