I started eating egg whites instead of just the yolk.

I think I'm allergic to them or something Holy shit

I'll stop eating them and start consuming clay so I stop detoxing through my skin.

Stopping the root cause of it (egg whites) should do most of the work.

In the before pic I literally did nothing else different. The only thing that's changed is the eggs.
