What the fuck happened to my jaw angles?

I had really nice visible jaw angles from the front, sticking out at both sides. Recently, over a 2 year period they completely vanished, my ramus lenght also reduced. I got CBCT, I still have very outward gonions and there's only a normal amount of condylar remodeling, nothing out of the ordinary, but my TMJ disks are dislocated without reduction.

What the fuck happened to my jaw angles? I always had a long face but now that my jaw angles got rounded it looks oval. I'm extremely skinny (6'4' and 150lbs) so it's definitely not that fat is covering it. I also had bimax recently, but my gonions are still nowhere to be found. Any ideas?

I write it down again so maybe you understand it this time. It disappeared over the course of approximately 2 years. They were already gone before the surgery.

I don’t know what happened, if you’re already low bf% the only thing you could do is get filler or jaw angle implants
