I want to keep me from listening to music and the voice in my head 2. But I wanna listen to music but then the voice gets angry at me and im scared that the voice will make me harm myself. I dont even know why i obey that voice.

At first i was like its 100% myself making the voice up but now its like, its becoming realer and realer. The only thing that keeps me obeying to that voice is that im pretty sure i will harm myself if i dont. This is so new i never had this i think it will be better to not listen and to obey i dont wanna do stupid shit. I think im so larping about the voice controling me and its just myself making it up but im really scared of what will happen if i dont obey. Yesterday i irritaded my skin with smth but i think everyday it could be more and more.

Im serious i think im larping but im so fucking unsure can some1 tell me if im larping okay im larping i dont even know anymore

Today i listened to music and it was screaming at me. But it was like if the voice was screaming behind 3 doors of glass and it wasnt really loud so i ignored it but ugh i dont know if it could go worse soon:hnghn:

Okay im listening to music, for know nothing happened. I talked to a schizo guy and he told me that the voice introduces itself when it gets angry and forcing it would be larp so if in 2 hours nothing happens then im clearly not schizo or smth i guess. Im kinda nervous
