Its like people in the Uk duriing the 60s-80s who listened to rasta and ska and wore these weird suits and long coats its a forgotten counter culture from the uk basically... I'm pretty sure they inspired or were related to the og skinhead movements (back when skinheads only listened to ska and punk and weren't racist)
