no wonder, the most used zygo implant is one which acts as the root for an artificial tooth. Search 'cheekbone implant'.

In the regular context here they mean a cheekbone implant as in an addition in mass to the zygo.

They are both right, but for many Zygomatic implant also means malar and cheekbone implant

Just use malar implant or cheekbones implant and you'll find it, but be careful, many results are submalar and not malar
