75%+ of tech jobs are completely pointless and dont actually contribute anything positive to the actual product and often make it worse. Theres an entire giant infrastructure in place in silicon valley to hire cute girl eye candy and ugly asian girl gfs for the tech bros (also to fill diversity quotas and shit) so they created all these super easy project manager/hr/marketing/graphic design/UI design/diversity coordinator/moderator/etc. positions for girls to do and then of course they need logistics/support/IT/etc for those make-work positions. The majority of employees of a place like twitter fall into this structure and dont actually do any engineering stuff or write code that matters or keep the servers running.

You could fire them and the only thing that would change in the user experience would be that the design and look of their app/website wouldnt change every 2-3 months like it does now (often making it uglier and less usable). All the real productive work gets done by like 2% of the employees who are nerd white and asian dudes, the rest exists to provide them access to mid asian girls and so that the pajeet-kike ceo alliance can express their deep seeded racial animus towards goys.

Musk is just firing a bunch of those people.
