What the fuck is happening to my throat.

I just got off of a sore throat however even thought i dont feel sick my throat hurts horribly. i cant swallow because it hurts so much my throat feels like theres a hugh chunk of nails inside it and its constantly stinging. it wont go away i cant even talk it hurts so much. is this serious or something?

I was sick for 3 days but now its differant. this is a whole differant pain from before its like a stinging sensation.
