Well his decisions when it comes to war were super reckless and stupid, should've left the entire job to more qualified people. For example they got very lucky when they invaded France by basically YOLOing through the Ardennes, had the French spotted them with their aircraft, the Germans would've been stopped in Belgium. Still, the effort Germany made in the entire war was insane, especially comparing their resources vs those of the US, UK and USSR.
