During the one-year rot I went through, my diet was pretty bad, but these days it's much healthier. Ive been following that gook clinic's diet that they recommended.The only habit that’s still a bit indulgent is enjoying a good whiskey every other night. That is the one habit of mine that I can't seem to be able to control. There's nothing more enjoyable than a nice glass of whiskey sipping neat in Glencairn but I keep it in check.

diet is insanely important up to 16 for bone development and puberty,
you can relax a bit till 25,
eat a bit more worser to 35 then eat healthy with exercise to maintain body, till death.
