Both have helped me a great deal but I've reached the point where all I can do is max out my skin & hairstyle and cut to 13-15% bf.

Still working on gym stuff
Eye colored contact maxxed
Still working on anti age maxx

Things left to do:
Under eye fillers / fat grafts / orbital rim implants
Cantopexy / lower eyelid retraction / something to change / improve eye shape
Teeth whitening

Things I'm not sure I need or will get:
Custom made gonial angle implants
Slight lip lift to reduce philtrum
Rhyno (dunno if I even truly need it)
