His midface is 0.9,
It’s probably like 0.93 if he didn’t have his mouth open.

The main problem in why it looks so long doesn’t actually come down to his MFR,
It’s because of his facial thirds, this is more of a facial third failo not midface.
What’s unique about him is his IPD isn’t necessarily close set, nor is his philtrum long.
his long MFR comes from his brutally long nose, which makes it look way worse.

If it were to come from his philtrum it wouldn’t be as bad as philtrum height adds height to your lower third.
If it where down to IPD it also wouldn’t be as bad as atleast you will still have balanced facial thirds.
Basically every 0.01 your midface is longer if it is caused by your nose length it’s basically like +0.02 instead.

I went from full time mouth breathing to full time hard mewing, I only saw such a difference because I was always meant to have a good maxilla genetically but I just was a brutal mouth breather.
mewing won’t save most people unfortunately.
