You don’t waltz in asking for a trimax. You ask for double jaw surgery, aka Lefort 1 and a BSSO, alongside a genioplasty.

Many normies will not ascend from bimax alone because it simply fixes their relatively mild recession. This is necessary because if you go straight to implants on a recessed face it looks like shit. Not to mention fixing recession will most often only affect the side profile and have a limited effect on the front.

Normie ascension 99% of the time requires multiple procedures and tens of thousands of dollars. H2O

If you're not subhuman but you're chin or jaw is a failo bimax will typically ascend you one level. LTN -> MTN, MTN -> HTN, etc.
