bro im in the same situation as you i have the same base as him in the outsiders. ive done so much digging ab how his jaw got so much wider and honestly i dont know. it could just be lucky dental work and extreme masseter hypertrophy which is my guess. some peoples palates get a lot wider and stronger with braces.

no way he got bimax too risky. implants they prob wouldve messed them up back then and to the average 19-20 year old theyre gonna hear the word implants and think wtf, so i doubt he wouldve got it that early.

now his chin looks huge so wouldnt be surprised if he got something but from outsiders to top gun, idk. could be late puberty or testosterone or some shit.
