What the FUCK Tracy 🥲 (Scammed or mistake???)

This probably wasn't 100% Tracy's fault probably the people who packed it, a new package of hgh came in, I bought 1360IUs.
But that's not the problem, the problem is I also bought 150mg of reta and bac water... AND THOSE DIDNT COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I have all these vials laying around and I CANT EVEN USE THEM, I messaged tracy but she didn't respond yet, hopefully I get compensated, does anyone else have a similar experience?

Update we good just small mistake at warehouse
