What the hell can i do about this ratio

So my midface ratio appears to be 1.15 and according to creatingattractive, that kind of ratio can result in major loss of points. I do feel like my autism is the reason for this deformed tier midface and even though it doesn't look compact, the number says otherwise as I'm just used to seeing myself all the time jfl. That combined eith my 40% bodyfat makes me look giga subhuman. Jfl at my genetics

Yeah my bone mass is good thankfully but that's why I wish mine was less. 1.15 is deformed tier.

It’s much easier to ascend with a 1.15 midface compared to a 0.88 midface trying to ascend with my midface and other features is giga fucking hard
