What the hell is wrong with my teacher?

So I did an anthropology assignment. We got our marks back and I got a 33%. The only reason why I got this mark was because I uploaded the wrong file. The file I meant to upload was on another account and it’s very confusing because this is a new school and I did it in my old account instead of my new account for this school, I would’ve gotten 100% if not for this. So I emailed her and she said the assignment is past due and she does not accept work over email.

What should I do? It’s really hurting my mark it’s 57 percent right now.
