Meat + fruits, what our bodies evolved to eat. This agriculture bullshit is what ruined our species
any fruits? bananas basically all i eat fruit wise jfl. may need to widen my fruit horizon.

Yea, our early ancestors were tree dwellers so we evolved to eat fruits first, then meat. Variety is good to make sure you get all the micronutrients you need plus carbs. Otherwise meat gives you the rest of your micronutrients with protein and fats

also it it fine to be cooking liver n shit? i heard you should be eating raw liver and stuff for micronutrients so got chicken liver cos i didn’t find beef liver and my retarded ass ate that shit raw and gave myself salmonella jfl. i cook it now. for meat i mainly eat beef?

what are the best fruits?
i keep carbs at about 100g a day. that ok? i’m currently going heavy on the leanmax at about 1500 cals. i keep protein the same and vary the fat. which is currently about 70g a day. once i finish leanmazinf ill increase fat and keep carbs still around 100g. think thats good?
 
The problem when retards talk about eating mostly meat is the vast majority aren’t eating the whole animal and therefore not getting all nutrients. They are just eating your standard ground beef and think that’s giving you the same benefits as other parts of the animal. Just cut out processed shit and most grains and you’ll be healthier than 95% of the world

Cooking is fine but it reduces the micronutrients and increases the calories (makes it more bioavailable).
Ive heard of kiwi being a good source of nutrients as well as a variety of berries.
your priority should be to get as much variety as you can. Getting a blood test regularly could also help you see what youre missing.

For sure, we evolved to eat everything from an animal. Variety should be a priority

Do you get your meat from the butchers or the store? And is it okay to be getting stuff from the store?
 
a diet based on proteins and fats of animal origin, dairy products, eggs, etc.

maybe some fruits and tubers such as potatoes would be good.
