Yea, our early ancestors were tree dwellers so we evolved to eat fruits first, then meat. Variety is good to make sure you get all the micronutrients you need plus carbs. i keep carbs at about 100g a day. that ok? i’m currently going heavy on the leanmax at about 1500 cals. i keep protein the same and vary the fat. which is currently about 70g a day. once i finish leanmazinf ill increase fat and keep carbs still around 100g. think thats good?

Variety should be a priorityThe problem when retards talk about eating mostly meat is the vast majority aren’t eating the whole animal and therefore not getting all nutrients. They are just eating your standard ground beef and think that’s giving you the same benefits as other parts of the animal.
