The importance of body language and how it alters perception
I'm not going to write an entire guide on this. I would be here for hours every single day, for many weeks. I just want to share a few things on what helped me and how it can apply to your own life. It might save your life one day. (Keep reading)
Firstly, take a look at this chart.
You can see that body language, non-verbally, equates to over 50% of how you communicate. It is vastly responsible for how you're perceived, how you deter threats, how interactions go, and how successful you are.
There are thousands of tiny "tips" and "tricks" you can sit there reading all day.
The truth is, body language is one thing and one thing only.
It is the unconscious result of your internal state. It is unspoken.
If you're a loser, people know you're a loser by looking at you for 2-5 seconds.
How might it save your life?
Check out these studies on threat analysis and risk assessment, how criminals and offenders select targets based on rapid assessment:
Woman and body language:
Woman and naturally experts at body language. They had to be in order to survive. They're not physically combative like men are, so they rely on other tactics and methods in order to remain physically safe. A woman will read your body language and make a full assessment on you, whether you're safe, whether they'll fuck you, etc.

Understanding Car Theft
Field study showing offenders make very fast decisions about targets (seconds).
These are just 2 studies. You can find hundreds online. You shouldn't even need to see one to understand it's importance.
So, you're walking down the street. You're standing at a bar. You've been scouted, sized up, did you notice it? Where are you sitting, what's your positioning in the room? Is your back to the entrance? If not do you have visibility of reflections covering your 6? Body language is the 1 deterrent for physical confrontation. It signals, don't fuck with me. This doesn't mean walk around mean-mugging people. It means one thing and one thing only: be aware. Headphones, walking down the street? Never ever do that again. Why even put yourself in a situation where you can't hear people run up on you? Or a car losing control hurdling towards you. Always put yourself in the best possible chance for survival.
They will be assessing things such as:
Open vs Closed stance / open = confident, closed = vulnerable
Eye contact / too much = aggressive, too little = submissive
Shoulders / back posture = slouched = weak, straight = confident
Hand visibility / hands in pockets = hiding, hands visible = confident
Combat sports will increase your situational awareness. If people need advice on how to scan the room, where your exits are, situational awareness in general, then I can expand on that.
Now, what do we do in order to change our body language?
Firstly, establish what message and stature you want to exert into the world and how you want to be perceived.
We could sit here for hours going through "hacks" and shortcuts. Or, you could do the one thing which will naturally fix your baseline to build from:
- Combat sports and physical capability
Being physically combative and capable is absolutely the 1 body language "tip" you'll need.
Imagine yourself with no vices. No crutches. Imagine how you would feel if you knew that if shit went down you could handle yourself comfortably. Imagine how different your woman would look at you if she saw you lay an aggressor cold on the concrete? She'd be wet. This is why females love aggressive sex, because it demonstrates the capability for violence. It's not about violence itself, because violence is horrible, and usually occurs a weapon of some sort. It's the capability for violence, that is what's attractive.
Internal congruence: What is it and how it changes your life
Internal congruence is where who you are and who you say you are is 100% aligned. If there is any misalignment between what comes out of your mouth and your actions, believe me, you may hide it, but you cannot hide it forever. Stop bullshitting people, and most importantly stop bullshitting yourself. When you remove all of your vices, all of your crutches, anything you know you should be doing but aren't doing it, once all of this is aligned, you are going to naturally radiate and exude a type of magnetising energy which people gravitate towards. They won't know why, but you will.
Personal sovereignty: What is it and how it changes your life
Sovereignty, arguably the highest state a man can reach internally. I'm not going to talk about sovereignty, because true power is unspoken. Power just is. It is not discussed or explained. It is executed, because you decided so. Aim towards sovereignty, you will achieve any and every single goal you have in your life.
I am willing to share any personal experiences or tips if anybody has any questions in general. But understand one thing, when you have something called internal congruency, all these "tips and tricks" will naturally happen without the conscious thing. It's also high cognitive load to constantly think about how you're sitting, standing, appearing. During fatigue, all that shit goes out the window. Notice yourself slumping over? Even right now, how are you sitting? Are you sitting like a retard in your chair? Yes, you. Straighten your spine, sit upright like an established high-status human being.
This really is a no bullshit thread. I will answer absolutely any question anybody has about anything to my fullest knowledge. I don't believe in shortcuts and hacks, because all of that shit and energy leaks via micro expressions. People can feel and sense a bullshitter, you can, so why be so ignorant into thinking you can fool everyone else? You can't.
I'll share "tips" and tricks in replies to questions. No need to sit here typing crap flooding the truth which is demonstrated above. Internal congruence, and sovereignty. Everything else is noise.
