I see a lot of information on here and It gets confusing to find out what works. What’s worth it and worked the best for you?

walking and water are foundational low-iq basics everyone knows. lifting is mtn if u ain't tryna look like a twig but it's not a true looksmaxxing pillar. the real shit is scalp hygiene and managing ur hairline, that's what carries or drags someone from the jump.
