What is ur username im crine but hydrocortisone will help a lot and it is not super short term it thins the skin. But sure rhino will have better results but risks for surgery going wrong and recovery is not worth it for most people. Rhino is like the last thing you should try.

Nose has been one of my major flaws for a bit now but i don't know how to fix it softmaxly

it could be the harsh lighting but either way your nose looks absolutely horrific here, fix your nose and work off of that

I don’t know either but I think there’s ways like accutane shrinks your nose but I don’t think you need it for acne Sooo idk

The lighting did make it look alot broader but it's still pretty fat anyways however from the side it doesn't look AS bad
