Here's some advice for this

First off if you're lowkey weird look up this dude on tiktok named TweakTitan and do the exact opposite of every single thing he does
If you watch him and don't think you act like that then you already are probably doing alright for personality (At least a 4/10 personality)

Don't be a pick me (tiktok.com/t/ZTk9sS2jw/ is a good example of how NOT to act)

After following those steps you're at least not going to be perceived as too weird by everyone around you

Be nice to most people but not weridly nice

Next step is to get some hobbies to be interesting, gymmaxxing, doing a sport, and learning an instrument are all some good ones

If you can get all of that down you probably have like a 5-6/10 personality rn and then the rest of it comes down to being funny which I think is genuinely just genetic but if you put like hours into watching comedy and studying comedy and how to be funny subreddits then you might be able to be funnier

If you're already funny and can make most people laugh then you already have a good enough personality and you can lowkey disregard everything I just wrote
