Esr is a bit high. Canthal tilt, eye aspect ratio are fine. Eyebrow tilt and length are great. Eyebrows are also medium set.

It didn't look negative in the first photo; maybe around 2 degrees positive (the ideal is 4 and more). You eye area as a whole is not an issue for you

Idk about how much effect that method can have; the risk to reward bit be not worth it
