Personally i think the eyes make a person since the thing you look at when talking to people is the nose and eyes and his eyes are god awful. Is it weird for me to think he is a mtn or low htn max in the west?

There is no way he is MTN in the West. HTN easily nothing more than that fair enough. Assuming his not five foot six.
