What tier is a 3-4? Low LTN/LTB?

Since 3-4 is still quite common, especially 3.5-4, would you consider it a low LTN/LTB range?
Considering alot of 3-4s are just average folks with super shitty misc (fat/skin etc)
And where would ‘trucel’ start? Below 2.5?

3-4 is avarage population tbh. JFL at people thinking otherwise. People most of the time just have trash habits causing this. MTN isnt the avarage, it is the human avarage objectively. These days most are just fat, bad habits and not taking care of themselves
