I’ve been sleeping very poorly for the past 2 months I’d say around 2 am. what about you guys?

Yes, ik I gotta fix my sleep schedule it’s such a looksmin I’ve already gotten the effects of it

with all the studying i usually end up sleeping around 12, ive been trying to aim for 11:30 recently tho. anything into the AMs makes me feel like shit the next morning

Nothing I’m just a degenerate on my phone at all times tbh

doomscrolling every night is fucking your dopamine receptors + blue light is suppressing your melatonin. you gotta dedicate to sleeping earlier even if it takes a while the first few nights to fix ur circadian rhythm

Like 830-930 on weekdays
I usually average like 8.5h of sleep

Yeah ur 100% correct.
lowk its an easy enough fix it just takes time especially since youre brainrotted and used to it already. i went through this too and leaving my phone to charge overnight on the other side of the room helps so you dont grab it out of habit.

if youre really struggling to fall asleep for hours consider taking melatonin for the first few nights to help you ease into it and correct your circadian rhythm. magnesium glycinate is good as well
