What time should I pin and how often?

I’ve began my first cycle of GHK-cu and I’m wondering what time should I pin, some people are saying in the morning and others are saying the night, also should I pin 5/7 or everyday.

don't think it matters that much, personally do it at night cuz most of skin restoration happens at night anyways; pinning 5/7 works very well for me so i would recommend that
