What time to pin HGH?

When’s the best time to pin HGH? Before bed? In the morning? I know for pediatric care it’s done at night to minimize the effects of the insulin sensitivity, but is it optimal for height growth? So far I’ve been doing at night on an empty stomach and eating fast carbs like 30 minutes after then going to sleep, lmk if this is the best

Also, as long as my shit was tested by Janoshik I should be good right, it should be real?
