What to ask during a consult (genio)?

for some context I have mild lip incompetence and mentalis strain meaning my chin muscle is always being used and my mouth doesn’t close at rest. I asked my ortho what could be a fix and he said maybe I could do a genio and he referred me to a maxillo-facial specialist and my appointment is in a few days. Apart from my personal shit what are some general things I should ask abt or mention during it.
