What to ask for RHINOPLASTY (nose width)

What kind of changes do I ask my surgeon for regarding nose width. Really trying to improve my nose to mouth ratio. Photos below. Trying to achieve a nose that would be perceived as natural by others but pretty different from my current. Already planning on radix implant and shaving dorsal hump.

u don't need rhinoplasty imo, alarplasty + tip refinement would be better but ofc discuss with the surgeon
