While you're on HGH you're going to want to avoid the following:

1. High Carbs + High Sodium, HGH makes you extremely insulin sensitive, so carbs pull water into subcutaneous tissue. Cut sodium immensely and don't go insane with carbs.

2. High estrogen, even mild elevation oe estrogen causes water retention, so, if you're running test with it keep the estrogen crashed (aromasim or arimidex)

3. Doses above 6-8 IU, for most people under 25 yrs higher doses are in equity towards more bloat, more organ growth, and more insulin resistance. This is why you'll see a bunch of old guys that are on high IU's of HGH look puffy asf.

4. Injection timing, Injecting all at once in the morning causes a big spike and more bloat. So, split your doses.

5. Lack of Cardio, If you are taking HGH and you don't run cardio there will be more water retention present.

You can escape/minimize HGH bloat by completing the following:

1. Drop your HGH dose to 4-6 IU max split into 2-3 injections (morning, post-workout, before bed). Most of the bloat comes from unnecessary high doses)

2. Cut sodium to under 2g per day for 5-7 days.

3. Increase potassium (so avocados, spinach, salmon, potassium citrate supplement *or coconut water* for 3-4x/day)

4. Add 20-40mg lasix (firosemide) or 25-50 mg Aldactone for 4-5 MAX (This is only if the bloat is really bad, do not abuse diuretics.

5. Do 30-45 minutes of low intensity cardio every single day, that is amazing for dropping subcutaneous water.

Here are some stacks of supplements that worked for me personally to reduce bloat entirely:

1. 500mg of berberine 3x a day. (this improves insulin sensitivity so there is less water retention)
2. Telmisartan (take 80mg of this, it is very excellent for your blood pressure and it also reduces HGH-induced water retention.)

Have fun!

thank you , i can t put solution, but if i am 16 , what s a good dosage and time

For your age the dosage would be:
-4 IU per day maximum right now split as the following:
- 1.5 IU first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
-1.5 IU post-workout just after training.
and 1 IU before bed.

That is all that I will recommend for your age, do NOT co any higher than 4-5 IU or now as higher doses means way more bloat, insulin resistance, and organ stress. :feelshah:

(however if you want a way to go above 4-5 IU in order to get a harder boost just let me know.)

Shut the fuck up, all you do is complain to others instead of handing out real advice, and whneever you do you say "don't listen to that retard" without giving a protocol or anything, you're worth a pound of shit :ROFLMAO:

Start at 4IU total per day, rnu that for 7 days exactly and monitor the bloat, energy, sleep quality, and morning libido. If you handle it well with minimal puffiness, increase it to 6 IU total, after another 7 days at 6IU, if bloat is still under control and you feel good, push to 8 IU, afterward if you are still lean and tolerating push to 10 IU. It's all really just about how your body handles it though.

Alright well 4Iu is enough to start at your age since your natural GH is already high, however, i'm going to proceed with telling you on how you should proceed with this.
After the first 7 days all the way at 4iu if the bloat is minimal and you feel good then increase to 7IU to the next week, after that if you're still good then hit 10iu, then if you are still tolerating it well then go all the way up to 12-13 IU *it would be your choice here* you should stop increasing the moment that bloat gets noticeable or you feel off. I would highly recommend staying at 12-13 IU for around 6-8 weeks straight or if you notice more side effects at that high dose I would recommend dropping it down and sticking that dose for 6-8 weeks straight, t is up to you entirely on how many weeks you go for!

Keep the estrogen crashed so that you can become braindead, you do realise that even though estrogen is mostly negative you still need it for cognitive function and growth

No one is saying crash estrogen to zero, the advice is to control it and or, to keep it in the low-normal range so that you avoid the worst water retention and gyno whilst still having enough brain function, bone health and growth.
