dont go on a calorie deficit if your still in puberty, just grow your muscles and you'll start losing fat
wrong. if ure fat u should go on a calorie deficit , putting on muscle doesnt just eliminate fat

well i find it hard to follow strict diets ive been given before, a diet i was recommended was this

im going to eat 2-4 bananas daily that's what i know can help

just eat healthy bro, you could do carnivore, keto, whatever bullshit, just dont eat too much goyslop

avoid greasy, high sodium goyslop, get at least 50g of protein daily and start training blud
