I have three options: a 5/6mm advancement Genioplasty or a bimax with rotation with a total advancement of 10 11 mm or doing nothing. The choice to make is essentially mine, I have a first class dental deep bite. Is there any aesthetic expert who knows the pros and cons of these procedures who can give me good advice?
