What to do about a short Ramus?

I have a really short Ramus and idk what to do about it, it really fucks up my whole side profile and i need to do something about it

Im pretty sure there isn't a way to increase the length of your ramus without surgery.

Jaw angle implants, filler. Short ramus isn't really a major issue as long as it is not completely non existent.

Its not that bad imo, but yeah not really a proper way to fix it without fillers or surgery. Even with surgery you are pretty limited since implants start to look uncanny pretty fast if you try to go too big with them. I would suggest you try filler if you are able to.
