My dandruff is abnormally extreme and my head itches every fucking second and it makes me wanna rope

Are there any shampoos which can fix dandruff successfully for a long extent?

Buy minoxodil 1% from your local pharmacy for like $7 and put it on your scalp twice a week for 10minutes for the next four weeks and you'll be fine

yes i use regenpure shamphoo once a week

I used it it's very good it cleared me from all my dandruff after one month

Nizoral is good against dandruff but I found Coal Tar Shampoo to be way more effective against itching. I personnaly use Neutrogena T-Gel Shampoo if the brand can help.

its not dandruff, its probably scalp psoarisis, i have this shit and i treat it with ciclopiroxolamina 2%, one week using this shit and it treats me 100%
if i dont use it regularly i get dandruff EVERYWHERE, i mean EVERYWHERE, my shoulders, beard, eyebrows, mustache, and an insane amount on the head that even starts bleeding, fucking disgusting tbh
