it's far more invasive and expensive and he's not realistically going to get it, don't think it'll make him look much better, only tends to do that in people with recessed mandibles which isn't the case here.

She has downswing causing that bad look and wouldve looked much better with some ccw rotation, in some cases ccw cant be achieved due to things like braces tho

Sometimes braces make the occlusal plane horizontal which makes it impossible to achieve ccw rotation, not impossible but it will be harder and your teeth roots will get damaged
