what to do about moles + birth mark?

my skin is overall very good, i have very little blemishes, discolouration, etc and no spots, but i have a flat circular brown mole about 2mm diameter on my left cheek, and a black circular birth mark about 1mm diameter a few cm below my lateral canthus. in the grand scheme of things these are pretty minor but obviously they are still imperfections and reduce symmetry. do i need to do anything about them and if so, what? or should i just leave them be

as i said theyre only 1-2mm and pretty much the only "imperfections" on my face so yeah i think i wont do anything, even if it did give a slight improvement probably not worth the effort cuz id either have to have some sort of surgery or put on makeup so i think im just gonna leave them, look more human like you say
