What to do about Pearly penile papules?

I have pearly penile papules (warning before you are look it up, its kinda gross), the girls i've been with don't mind it or understand after i tell them what exactly it is but personally i hate them and i am very insecure about them...
Has anyone also had this and or has gotten it removed somehow?
