Currently to lean down and get to 10% bf I am on a deviated Bodybuilding prep; But my fucking stupid chud ass just put down a smash burger with some fries. before this I had 4 oikos. What the fuck should I do.

I just calculated everything the 4 oikos I had were around == 360 cals and 60g protein. and then I had the jewabomintion and that was around I'm guessing 1500. (burger + fries). so now I'm around 1900 cals my maintenance is around 2400-2600 but I usually aim for 1500-1700 cals.

im about to fruitandwater maxx alongside cardio probably but I need to hit protien goal

You're fine. You went a little over but it won't affect you much at all. Just don't eat anything else for the rest of the day.

I was thinking of just drinking water and eating pineapple to flush all the bs out. but I do need to hit my protien goal
 
Just continue on as you were, dont eat anything else and eat as you would on your cut tomorrow and so forth. No need to worry about it as 1 day doesn’t stop progress.

How far are you from your protein goal?

Make whey protein isolate + water shakes, even if they taste disgusting. You'll be able to hit your protein goal without getting many more calories.

60 grams away give or take. that's a good idea. Probably will double scoop.

It's ok, just go back to your normal diet.
