what to do after coming off accutane?

ive been on accutane for the last 11 months on 20mg (low dosage) ive had one hospital trip where i couldnt take accutane for 3 days my nose got bigger and i wanted to rope again is there any way to stop this? im thinking maybe lower my bf% reccomend everything and anything idgaf atp
