what to do after gap between front teeth(diastema) from MSE/thumbpulling/hard mewing

last two methods might sound cope, but who knows, ive got nothing to lose with atleast giving it a try. if i do this succesfully, i might get a gap between my two top front teeth, what should i do if this happens?

nelson did it, maybe you can order and ask and ortho to set it up and pqy him if mse palces are too far away

search up how to recover form mse appliance or palatal expanders.
I think mostly with time teeth moves and closes the gaps, but no matter how hard you thumbpull and mew you wont make a gap as huge as you would with mse.
