What to do against damaged curls

MY hair alway gets dry and frizzy two days after showering and styling and they are often a little bit frizzy and a few hairs come off when i style
IS it caused by too many products ?

I recommend using Rizo Curls shampoo/conditioner it's a little expensive but lowkey its worth the swap, it'll last you like a year. also if u towel dry ur hair i suggest using microfibre ones so ur hair doesnt get raped and frizzed up.

thats lowkey all i use but if u wanna go the extra mile get a curl cream too. make sure u do ur research on the one you choose tho bc some have shit ingredients in them that'll dry it out

buy curl cream that doesn't frizz the hair. If it frizzes your hair it means the formula isn't made for your hair
