What to do against wrinkles and tired look

ave some wrinkles i think caused because of dryness but i dont know .i always have that tired look and much small pimples and my skin is uneven and my eyes look tired too what should i do ?

nigga if u know its bc dryness maybe moisturize? if u get enough sleep and ur eyes still have a tired look u have recessed infras
