it is currently 9:08 am, i have an event at 12am so i need to look good till then.
i was thinking of popping a pill rn and another 40 mg later like 2 hours before the event, BUT I haven’t drunken nor eaten anything yet. Should i go drink sum water like 1L max and then after pop one and not eat for the rest of the day, OR just drink water normally, eat normally, then pop like 2 pills 3-4 hours before my event?
