What to do before hardmax

My plan is to get a bimax and maybe infra orbitals for now, of course both of them will take around 2-3 years. But I don’t know what to do. When I see a couple I cope myself with the surgeries and that after them I’ll be able to slay, but sometimes I just think that it’s too long cus after all it isn’t short 2-3 years and mostly if it’s in your teens when others are slaying and living their life and fuck bitches. But what other ways can I keep myself occupied and happy till the surgeries
